Athletes often feel differently about their media presence and how public they want their lives to be. Some are very comfortable in the spotlight, some are not.
Either way, media is a constant for all our Athletes as they face the cycle of praise and criticism from commentators and fans over their career. The challenge of media extends to the risks associated with Athlete interviews and posting personal social media.
As such we provide non intrusive guidance and training for our Athletes on how to prioritise their on field performance and to keep media "in perspective" and comfortable for them.
Being active and astute with media interactions can have its positives; enhancing commecial relationships and creating new ones, however a cautious approach and realistic understanding to the media world is critical.
